Easter Thoughts

From marshmallow Peeps to egg hunts, the Easter holiday conjures up all sorts of childhood memories for us all.

This week use your Easter memories as a writing exercise.  Think back to your younger years at Easter

A small Sunrise Service dressed in a new dress with matching shoes and white gloves-

The traditional Easter egg hunt at the local park-

Digging through plastic grass to find treasures hidden in a basket-

Raised in the 60s?  Maybe you remember receiving a baby chick dyed the color of an Easter egg–was this safe? hmmm, poor chicks.

Take this week to go back to those moments, jotting down the details.  There may be a story that’s ready to hatch.
