Pet-Themed Read Alouds

Today I’ve listed some of the pet-themed books my students enjoyed.  Take this summer to visit your local library and check out some of these.  Jot down the titles to your favorites and think of some discussion starters and writing ideas to motivate your students.  Tuck the book list into your Summer Time Journal and use them throughout the upcoming year as read alouds.
